The Wisdom of Dr Seuss!!!
Thanks to Kimberly and Shane who are to be married in November, I have a wonderful new quote. I have already introduced it to Melinda and Mark (April 6th) who have decided to use it before they launch into their offbeat joint vows.
Dr Seuss is a rich source of quotes and readings.
‘Oh the Places You’ll Go’ is a fabulous verse which I use quite often in Naming Ceremonies and I have even heard it presented by a guest speaker at a University Graduation. I am distracting myself, so this is the quote:
“We’re all a little weird. And life is a little weird. And when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall into mutually satisfying weirdness—and call it love—true love.”
